Documenting the people, processes, and craftsmanship behind MONC's thoughtfully designed retail space.

As part of the opening of MONC's new Monmouth Street store, I developed a storytelling series documenting the makers, artists, and craftspeople behind its bespoke interiors, designed by Nina Woodcroft of Nina + Co. Through a collection of films, interviews, and photography, I captured the creative processes, material choices, and human stories that shaped the space, extending the in-store experience across social media and editorial channels.
By placing the spotlight on the individuals behind the work, the project reinforced MONC's commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and thoughtful design while offering audiences a deeper connection to the brand and its values.
Featured below are works by Jacob Marks, including his Pine Resin Lamp and Table Inserts, Rickie Cheuk's bespoke metalwork, and Peter Bonsall's reclaimed timber flooring.
